Feynman diagrams: from numbers to motives
Recently, new mathematical structures emerged in the study of
Feynman diagrams: plugging Feynman graphs into each other, or
decomposing them according to the Bogoliubov recursion of
renormalization establishes combinatorial Lie and Hopf algebra
structures in quantum field theory. We will discuss how the study
of such algebras leads to new insights into the structure of QFT
as well as to computational progress.
