A Bound on the Gravitino Mass from Fat Gravity and Thin Cosmological
Constant
I study the proposal made by R.Sundrum that the small cosmological
constant may be natural if we give up pointlike gravitons and pointlike
gravitational couplings at distances shorter than about 20 microns ("fat
gravity"). I show model-independently that in order for this scenario to
coexist with a supersymmetric extension of the standard model, the gravitino
mass must be less than about (20 micron)^(-1) or 10^(-2) eV.
