More on Thursday's Burst

Just to follow up on comparing my burst search analysis to the monitor,
I'll go through the 12 hits one by one again to compare. My analysis cut 4
of the 12 hits using an ADCZ vs. TDCZ cut. This should reject events where
there was a coincidence of radioactivities, which can cause high
reconstructed energies. For three of the events, I reconstruct an energy
much lower than Kate's monitor, so I suspect this is due to different
calibration constants. One other event is rejected because it is
coincident with a Bari trigger, leaving only 4 events in this burst. I am
using the constants in: DISK$MACRO:[MACROCAL.DB] Run 9873 is the latest
available there.

Monitor says:

Conclusion: This is a muon or other penetrating particle since it
triggered Bari.

Conclusion: Must be a muon, based on 42 MeV energy, but near end of a
bottom tank. I could probably reject this event based on nearby streamer
tubes hit, but there was probably only one ST hit on the bottom of the box.
(I would have rejected it if there had been one on top and on bottom of the
box). A true corner clipper.

That's all folks... I'll look into the events that give weird energies in
my analysis. Note that they are all verticals.
