Another cheesy burstlet

This burst is a twin of the last two. A question - with thse teensy tiny runs
(by the way, many macro analyses cut on runlength < 2 hours - a bad cut, but a
common one nonetheless), doesn't the monitor now spend an appreciable fraction
of the run establishing background rates?
