If the box by box rates aren't too whacked out, I'd say just go ahead
and put it back in acquisition. The calibs won't be great, but it
probably won't be a disaster to have bad calibs for a week or two; the
monitor will still set thresholds based on current rate. (BTW, I
notice that the sm-by-sm rates reported in the monitor output are
incorrect; this is a recent addition and was never fully checked or
debugged. I'll take a look at it today.)
