run 15092 burst

4 hits over a threshold of 3 in 2 sec. Absolutely nothing wrong with
this burst (aside from it happening at 2:30am) other than the fact that
4 hits in 2 secs is a really lame burst. Things have been acting like
the threshold has been lowered by a notch this past week.
