Yes, that can happen sometimes, due to the way the combined-SM search
works: the search is redone whenever new buffers for a given time
period are read out. Here it looks as if the burst searcher kept on
finding the same burst as more data came in:
* The first burst was in SM 1 only.
* For the 2nd burst, SM 2 had read out, but the hits in the burst were
only in SM 1; so this was still a significant burst in the combined-SM
search even with the additional SM 2 rate added.
* For the third burst, the search was in SM 1,2 and 3, and there
was an additional SM 3 hit in the time window included.
