Subject: run 19095 burst and beeper problems

Hi all,
The burst was in only 2 SM - one over threshold, two in the same box,
and adding the rest of the SM's didn't increase the significance.
A warning to all interested parties though - the beeper we have here at
BU is acting flakey today, so we might not get alarmed in a timely
fashion. Thus, if you're logged in when an email comes through, please
check the burst for yourself, until we solve the beeper woes.
