Chuck Lane has been lobbying for some time that the LED switchboxes should
be left on. I agree. Hence, next Wednesday, we will leave the switchboxes
turned on during all runs. For the time-being (at least) we will continue
to leave the HP pulsers powered off except for during calibration and tests.
