As Ivan DeMitri just pointed out to me, he fixed the problem
of the STAS/QTP no Qs just in time to be included in this report. On
Saturday the 15th he discovered that the TOHM was not properly sending
stops to the STAS/QTP. As of Jun 15th 1996, the readout works.
Before then, the STAS/QTP data will only be valid if there was a
streamer trigger also in the event.
