The final version of the DPF96 proceedings has been placed at
Gran Sasso. VAXGS:DISK$MACRO2:[OKADA]DPF96PROC.PS
Most of the changes suggested were fairly minor and did not
change the content. The only change of content is the paragraph
discussing the likelihood of observing our angular distribution.
