I object! I have not seen the question about discussing the
small allowed region answered. Doug said we should say something.
Ronga said we shouldn't. I have not seen a resolution.

I am very unhappy with the timetable of this paper. According to
the VAXNEWS article 753 in MACRO.GENERAL the collaboration outside
the editorial committee had only 5 days to review the draft? Even though
it took somewhat longer, apparently it was needed because substantial
changes were made in the last week.

What is the rush with this paper?
