Subj: EVD hangups
Fixed an EVD problem where it complains about not being able to
open a GIF file...it filled its quota with GIFs and PS files, and
I purged out the directory.
There's a logical pointing to the directory: 'PGPLOT_META'
So now you know how to fix this problem the next time it occurs;
which it will.
