   Ciao a tutti,

   I was working on the ERP LUT iteration, when DEAMON warned about high
data rate; indeed, uVAX#3 TOHM trigger was very high (~270mHz). Checking
with the online Histogram Presenter, I found it was due to 5B11 firing
like crazy.
   Checking with the Italian shiftworker, decided to stop the run from
the ext. Labs, turn OFF 5B11 and restart the run. So here is what needs
to be added on the MACRO logbook:
4-DEC-1999, 20:35 Run 18698 is at 16%, 40 min in the run. High (~270mHz)
                  uVAX#3 TOHM rate due to 5B11 (verified using HIP)
            20:36 Stopping the run to turn OFF 5B11
            20:37 Run 18699 started; full MACRO with 5B11-0 turned OFF
