Yiannis observed that for some PHRASE only RUNs bmonitor reports non
zero rates for ERP. He pointed out that this results from bad (non)
initialization of the ERP rate variables within the USER routine. When
more than one run is processed at a time by BMONITOR, this obviously
is relevant.
