    Ciao a tutti,

     after LAMOSSKA calibration we found early stop on SM3 not working
     again. Checking the data I found this problem during last ~100
     runs (actually the del-lam3 was present in 3 runs only).
     Checking the signals, the latching scaler output T (DLAM3 that goes
     in the delay generator to have DEL-LAM3) was at 50mV only (instead that
     ~ 1V). The problem has been fixed replacing a npn transistor 2N918
     with a 2N3904 (we have not 2N918 spares). This last one provides an
     output of ~900mV and everything seems to be fine now.
