This is due to ZEBRA errors occured in decoding PHRASE event. I run the job
in pass 1 and found out that we gain nothing in terms of livetime and
non-PHRASE data. 0.2minutes before the End-of-RUN phrase crashed and
thit is what caused all the problems.
