Data shift report (26-Jun-2000 to 30-Jun-2000)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
  by Massimo Orsini
  From run 19684 to 19693
 -------------------------------------------------------------------------

 During this week the acqusition has been running rather smoothly until
 thursday when we had to turn off MACRO to allow the maintenance of the
 fan coil system in the tunnel.
 On friday we turned MACRO back on but a PISA power supply failed.

   TRIGGER RATES:

            TOHM --> 4T13 ~8mHz, 4T15 ~3mHz, 4T17 ~3mHz.
           ERP --> 3B07 ~5.5mHz
           LIP --> 1B12 ~0.8mHz, 1B14 ~0.6mHz, 1B16 ~0.2mHz(!), 1C08 ~1.3mHz,
                      1C15 ~0.6mHz, 2E10 ~9mHz, 3E04 ~6.5mHz, 5T02 ~1.2mHz,
                      6T12 ~12mHz
           ERP-GC --> 1E01 ~80mHz, 6W12 ~90mHz, 6S04 ~90mHz.

   No-Q-Response:

 There are always a couple of no Q responses per run from M:2,B:2,C:5,N:21
 but sometimes they are not caused by real events.
 We also receive one no-Q from M:1,B:2,C:6,N:21 every few runs

   FMT:

  All runs get usually one FMT trigger but during run19688 there were 3 FMT
  triggers from uvax2 (ev.4510,4512,4516) which are not justified.

   LAMOSSKA:

      There are still not justified LAMOSSKA triggers for SM5 (LAM5-0).

    CSPAM/ERP efficiency:

      The only box with systematic inefficiency is 3B07 (~50%).

    ERP/LIP efficiency:

      Low efficiency for 1B12, 1B14, 1B16,1C08, 1C13, 1C14, 1C15, 5T02, 6C09
      and 6C10.

    SPU: still hits on ERPI, ERPII, SPARE, LAS and LED on uVax1 (sometime 1/2
         VETO bits too).

    STOP MASTER:

    Some fakes (no more than 5) from SM5%1@CITm

    PMT CHECK:

    I checked the whole SM1 but I didn't find out other bad PMTs.
    The complete PMT list is available on the MACRO Web pages.

A presto,
