Hi --

I have written some code to automatically mine the LGB entries for
deadtime info, and came across an amusing bug -- the calculation of
elapsed time failed on run 11849, which began on 29 Feb 96 and
rolled over into 1 Mar.

Ah -- I just got the idea to check and it happened again four years
later, on 19179.
