It is also worth noting that the deficit at the pole which Bob finds
does little to affect our conclusions about our zenith angle
distribution. The 10 event deficit which he reports is only a small
fraction of the total deficit and the rest of the deficit is pretty
much smeared out over many bins in geomagnetic latitude. However, the
effect right at the pole is still "interesting".
