SM4 WFD problem

Hi all,

Yesterday evening, uVax2 started giving system errors accompanied by
the error code 00005C4C. Today I had the chance to look at the problem;
there seems to be a VME problem with the SM4 WFDs. I've checked all
the input signals in all the WFD cards (stops/starts/clocks) (and the
WFD STOP master) and they seem fine.
System crate/WFD crate were power cycled and the problem remained.

On the uVax 2 console I read the following error(s):
Hardware error executing EQUIP #42
%KAV30-F-NO_BUS_WRT_ERROR VME/VSB write error occured
and occasionally,
%KAV30-F-NO_BUS_WRT_RESP VME/VSB no write response from device
There does not seem to be any apparent problem with the system
crate in uVax2.

SM4 WFDs were on and off today due to the various tests. I've checked
the incoming events through the online system and I noticed that there
was no EQUIP 42 present in none of the events that were involving SM4
TOHM and/or ERP. EQUIP 42 was fine on SM3 events. I've thus changed
the camac list to exclude SM4 WFD readout from EQUIP 42. This was in
order to stop receiving the thousands of error messages on the MACRORUN
console. The italian shiftworker will load the NO-SM4-WFDs camac list
later this evening.

I have to be in Rome tomorrow, but I plan to be back on Wednesday
and work on that.
Any ideas??
