CSPAM-Stop inefficiency understood

Hi Folks,

I just realized why the CSPAM efficiencies in the STOP MASTER
that I reported on Friday were so low. I forgot that the CSPAM trigger
does not call EQUIP 40, so if a CSPAM is the only scintillator trigger
in the uVax there won't be Stop Master Data.

Because of the inter-microvax behavior of the CSPAM, it can
create a Trigger on adjacent microvaxes without there being any actual
scintillator hits on the adjacent microvax. For instance, a muon
triggerring the CSPAM on SM2 will generate a SM12 on uVax 1 AND a SM23
trigger on uVax2.

So everything is fine.
