Hi again,

Tough crowd!

No one is saying that we should delay getting things in motion
(at least *I* didn't intend to). But if the addition of a couple
cables now is going to make our lives easier in the long run I vote
for the couple of cables.

As Erik said in one of his emails, PMT afterpulsing from a
high energy event can be enough to fill up the maximum 160usec memory
of a WFD channel. This is independent of the overshoot problems.
