  Hi All,
Since run 20212 we had many fake LED hits on uVAX3.
The problem is related to a crate on uVAX3 (SM:6 RACK:3 CRATE:2), where is
generated the LED signal that goes to the SPU.

I cycled that crate, as I made when this problem appeared in the past,so
starting from run 20218 the problem should be fixed.
