future coordination

Dear Colleagues;
We have said in the past that an effort would be made to coordinate downtime among the participating experiments in SNEWS. The fact that SNO and Super-K were both effectively offline for this unlikely GRB event underlines the need to initiate a discussion about how such coordination could be acheived. SNO is prepared to participate in such discussions.
