Hi all,

As usual, it is quite a mess trying to figure out a time
for a video meeting that everyone can agree on.

So, I made a quickie survey web page to allow people to express
more of the nuances of their opinions... please, everyone, take
5 minutes to fill this out, so I can try to optimize.
