Hi all,

Clarence Virtue has kindly arranged a room (F441 in the Fraser Building,
which he says is close to the conference area) so that we can have a SNEWS
working group meeting at Neutrino 2000, for those of us who will be there.

The time will be 7 pm on Saturday the 17th (the evening of the excursion
day). The meeting will be followed by an advisory board meeting.

There will also be an overhead transparency projector, so we will be able to
give mini-talks. I suggest that each experiment give its usual "News from
experiments" update on transparencies (the transparencies can be scanned,
too, according to Clarence). Any talks should be brief however, and they
should emphasize what's new. The meeting is intended to be fairly informal.

If you have items for the meeting agenda, please let me know.

If you won't be in Sudbury, but have something to say or report, please
email it (or perhaps designate someone who will be there).

Kate.
