Dear SNEWS working group,

I know many of you will be at Neutrino 2002 in Munich, so let's get
together then. We have a number of things to discuss; there is
significant progress to report on last year's high rate test, and the
subgroup proposal to the advisory board.

I'm now trying to arrange a meeting time/place in Munich.
If you have constraints (i.e. will only be there certain days),
then please let me know so I can optimize.
