Include runs, events or ranges thereof for analysis.
If EVENT is not specified, the whole run will be included. RUN2 may be optionally specified to include a range of runs; again, if EVENT2 is not specified, every event will be included. Using the INCLUDE command will automatically exclude all other runs and events; therefore, one typically does not mix INCLUDE and EXCLUDE commands.
