Exclude runs, events or ranges thereof from analysis.
If EVENT is not specified, the whole run will be excluded. RUN2 may
be optionally specified to exclude a range of runs; again, if EVENT2
is not specified, every event will be excluded. Note: KUIP now allows
you to skip arguments. You may skip the EVENT argument to specify
a list of runs (see the example below).
