This one is 4 over 3 in the one second window. Only 2 SM reporting in, the
rest of the SM's haven't reported yet. Hmm, just got a bmonitor message, maybe
the run just ended on us. Will check.
Anyway, this event does not have the time structure of a proper SN.
Another oddity - looking at the event summary list, I count 5 non-cut events.
What's the discrepancy from?
