Log of recent LED test

$! Log file of first LED GC performed during RUN 91244 in SM5&6 with PHRASE
$! only enabled. Notice that (unfortunately) ERP was NOT ping-ing at the moment
$! of the PHRASE test. As a result, an alarm to the international watch
$! was set.
