Great, thanks for continuing work on these tests! Was there any hardware,
or LED library software modification required, or was
it just tuning of the main LED driver routine? I'll take a look at the
data as soon as I get a chance.

It's expected that the ERP won't be sending pings if it's off
(it only sends pings if buffers getting received). Was it off everywhere
in the detector?
BTW, one request: for future tests, please let macro-erpgc know,
say, ~1 day in advance (due to time differences, many people may not
log on until the test has already happened), at least until
we have some automated "GC calibration flag" set. There should be a flag
in the data stream, and in addition we should set something up
so that the metamonitor flags any outgoing messages as test alarms.
I'm not sure what the best way to do this is; either the individual
ERP and PHRASE monitors can send the test flag info to the metamonitor,
or perhaps we could tell the metamonitor globally (by creating
a file on camelot, for instance).
