The following is the new shift list for the "U.S. groups". It includes
credit for all shifts already taken as outlined in an earlier message
circulated to the coordinators. The new shift system includes technician
shifts and hence effectively cuts the rate of shifts for physicists in half.
This list is nearly identical to the one circulated earlier except for a
couple of small changes (specifically involving Kael Hanson who already
planned to go).
