Hi all,

Erik has expressed interest in the "macro-gs" and "macro-wrong"
mailing lists. We've briefly discussed these groups via email, and have
decided to implement them as follows:

macro-gs : Primarily for messages internal to the Scintillator
group onsite at Gran Sasso. People can request to be on this list (or
browse the archives for this list) to get an idea what is going on with
MACRO.

macro-wrong : A place to post messages about problems with MACRO
hardware as they are discovered. Not really a replacement for a "wrong
list", but this might be a good forum for getting information out to the
analyzers so that people aren't wasting time rediscovering known
pathologies.

Please use these groups whenever appropriate so that we will over
time assemble a complete historical archive. Don't be shy (I might be
willing to eliminate typographical errors and other snafus from the
permanent archive for some small compensation, scaled by the severity of
the deleted errors.)

If you wish to be on either of these groups, simply drop me a line
(corth@budoe.bu.edu).
