ERP counters 4E08,4E09,4E10,4E11 (belonging to the same electronics grouping)
were dead between RUNs 16604 (28OCT1998) and 16632 (04NOV1998).
The problem was identified on a broken S&H ERP card (its analog inputs were
OK but the digital output on the S&H BUS is most likely dead).
