ERP S/H for 4C13-4C16 replaced

Hi all,
There was a failure (?) mode of an ERP S/H that it's been long since
the last time I've seen it: ERP channel 4C14-1 high LED was barely
flickering, something that primarily suggests a PMT/threshold problem.
Instead, the problem was identified on the ERP S/H connector that was
not making a good contact with the AMP cable (problem with the AMP
was excluded).
We went ahead and replace this S/H (4C13-4C16) given that this is a
good time to introduce such changes (gain reseting) that will nominally
be followed by calibrations. We've used one of the two S/H Jim sent
to Gran Sasso with Doug.
