Due to a recurring problem with DECNET on all machines other than
AXPGS0, Erik's monitor jobs are all dying. The network to vxmacb has
been otherwise okay.
As a quick fix I will be changing the submit/queue=alpha$* to
submit/queue=axpgs0_* in every .com file, but only as needed. I think
that only the initial copy from the tunnel uses DECNET, but
MR_MONITOR_RUN017936 has been running for a strangely long time on axpgs0,
so I think there are some other places where I need to change the submit
command. I'll try very hard not to "purge - rena *.*; ;" to make it
easier to change back when Andrea and Nazzareno decide who has to fix this
problem.
