I would have a look at signals coming in from the CSPAM on uvax 2. The
CSPAM/HIPT/FMT is the only thing plugged into the Stop Master that crosses
uvax boundaries. Even the Streamer WFD signal on uvax 1/3 are missing the
Streamer modules that span two microvaxes.

Unless you are also seeing the problem on single microvax events, I would
guess something funny is coming from the CSPAM. Of course the Stop Master
flakiness often defies all guessing.
