Subject: 6S05-1 is OFF

Ciao a tutti,
After turning on MACRO today, 6S05 started firing with very high
trigger rate for PHRASE and ERP-mu. We decided to turn OFF 6S05-1
during the run. Note that this is the second time this is happening
for this tank: following a Wed. maintenance, around Sep. 1999, 6S05
started firing like crazy. At that time, we turned it OFF again
and it stayed OFF until we performed the PMT operation on the South
face. I believe there is some HV problem; try to swap it to another
LeCroy HV channel before turning it on again tomorrow.
