camac list change in uV3 affecting FMT/HIP WFD readout

As of AUG 28, 1996 and MACRO RUN 12703 (90322 for VSMAC1 acquisition),
we introduced a change in the camac list for uVax3 (GUT19.LIS3) in order
to correct for a bug in the WFD readout upon FMT and HIP triggers
involving x-SM events in SM4&5. Chris Orth had noted that in the previous
camac list SM5, WFD info was lost if the SM4&5 FMT/HIP trigger was not
accompanied by the SM5&6 one. This camac list change takes care of this
problem.
