Thanks to Eric. I just wanted to confirm from looking at the data
that this is the correct date and run number. Interestingly, from
looking at other records most people involved thought this change
happened on July 11th. Indeed, it seems the CAMAC lists were edited on
that day. They must not have been loaded until the following week.

I'm not sure if people already know this but I took a quick look at
how often byte limits happened before and after the doubling of the
maximum readout size. After the doubling the rate of overflows seems
to have decreased to about 10% of the original amount.
