SM 1 WFD problem appears to be solved

Today, while the run was down, Paolo and I switched the VME backplane
jumpers on the SM 1 WFD crate from active to passive termination. In
the process, we discovered that one of the jumpers was bad. So this
might have been the source of the problem. We rebooted uVAX 1 and
started a run without power cycling the WFD crate. No VME errors have
been seen from SM 1 WFD since. The problem appears to be solved.
