New camac lists, changed EQ30

Doug & Erik,
It was recently made clear to me that SELREGs in camac lists will
execute at most one SECT...so I have to change the camac lists for
EQ30 (WFD readout selection) to work around this.

I suppose this is what I get for presuming any kind of rational behavior
in camac list commands. Oh well.

The EQ30 decoding is unchanged: readout of the registers from the
plane-logic camac boards occurs at the beginning of EQ30; the extra
words from the SELREGs are ignored in decoding anyway. The major
effect will be to properly read out WFDs when more than one FMT or
HIPT trigger fires. Because of the overlap of supermodule pairs in these
triggers, and the ERP tagging WFD channels for readout, the effect on
the data should be minimal.

Modified camac lists can be found in:

VAXGS2::DISK$MACRO2:[LANE.ONLINE]GUT18.LIS*; (most recent version#)

Do a "diff" if you want to see what has changed (very little), and please
keep me posted. Thanks.
