From run 17532 (30-APR-1999) till 17592 (12-MAY-1999), 2CL-0 resulted
dead *only* for the HIPT trigger. Checking today, we found that the
corresponding output of the CSPAM system fanin/fanout was dead. After
changing the driving op-amp (LM 6151H) it seems to be OK now. Keep an
eye on this channels and also *ALL* SM2 CSPAM/HIPT/FMT/LaMOSSKa triggers
since I had to move many cables to reach this module.
