Hi guys,

  Roberto Giuliani found out that from RUN 18376 to 18406, all TOHM lower
  vertical counters on SM3 (both sides) were just like dead.
  In fact, we found the Tohm crate controller flat ribbon cable unproperly
  plugged in, something I guess it happened during last Macro shut down
  which took place on October 6,1999.
  I've just re-inserted the connector and re-loaded the camac list then we
  started a new run.
