Subject: NIM PS in SM5 replaced

HI all--
STarting with RUN 18637 of Nov 24, 1999 (Wed maintenance) we have
replaced the power supply of the NIM crate in SM5 that hosts Lamosska
plus various comp-busy gate generators/disc/fanouts. On that day, when
tried to plug in an additional NIM module in that bin, all modules
were misbehaving. After the power supply swap, everthing seems to be OK.
Notice that Ioannis had already observed over the last month or so
an increase in the LAMOSSKA rate in SM5, thus suggesting that the module
was flaky.
