    Ciao a tutti,

starting from run 18648 (last Friday) there were problems on ERP SM1:

     - a very high ERP-mu trigger rate for boxes 1B01-1B04 (ten times more)
       and for all vertical and Top face counters;

     - hits (bogus) found for the fake boxes that caused runs flagged
       as calibration runs.

For these reasons, starting from 18659, SM1 ERP trigger was taken out
of acquisition (turning off the ERP VME crates).

Today morning, checking the ERP Supervisor Module, I found the computer
busy signal cable plugged in the zero-inhibit (0INH IN) input instead
of the inhibit (INH IN) input of the front panel.
Last week we worked on SM1 ERP stuff and we made an unintentional mistake.

After the right cables addressing I have logged data with a miniACQ,
I have analysed them and everything was fine for SM1 ERP.

So, starting from run 18665, all ERP problems on SM1 should be fixed.

In addition, KATE/VME monitor didn't send to us any error messages
with regards to the ERP VME crate that was turned off on SM1 (it did
it for North face only). I checked all cables and I reset=ed the
    Pattern A SPEC021 module of KATE's stuff.

    A presto,

                                        Nicola
