Subject: SM3 LaMOSSKa flakiness possibly debugged

In the data, for some months the SM3 LaMOSSKa has been intermittently
failing to provide the early stop to the waveforms. Also, the Delayed
SM3 counter in the latching scaler would be overflow, although the SM3
counter would be good and trigger 11 would be present in the event.
The problem would appear for a few runs, then disappear for a few
runs. (For example, the problem was present from run 19054 to 19071
i.e. this morning.) We attempted to debug the problem today and may
have found it. The lemo connector on the cable for the Delayed SM3
input to the latching scaler (labeled C3 on the latching scaler)
showed signs of flakiness, including completely swallowing a signal.
The connector was replaced. We will see if the problem recurs. If
not, the first good run number should be 19073.
