Dear working group,

I know many of you are going to the SNII workshop in Marina del Rey.

For those who'll be there, I'd like to propose that we have a SNEWS
working group meeting to discuss code and alarm test details. One
possibility is the evening of the 14th (although some have complained
that this is Valentine's Day). Failing that, let's meet on the 15th.
